These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the relationship between bajl99 ("the Platform", "we", "our", "us") and any individual ("User", "Player", "you", "your") who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses any service offered through bajl99.net. By accessing bajl99.net in any capacity — including mere browsing without registration — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using bajl99.net and any associated services. In the event of a conflict between these documents, these Terms take precedence unless the Privacy Policy or Responsible Gaming Policy explicitly states otherwise with respect to a specific subject matter.

Access to bajl99 is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the platform:

• You are acting in good faith and using your own funds, which are not derived from any unlawful activity.

bajl99 verifies age at the point of registration using the information you provide. bajl99 reserves the right to request additional documentary evidence of age and identity at any time — including but not limited to a national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by bajl99 support will result in account suspension until verification is complete.

Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be immediately and permanently closed. Any balance held in such an account — whether arising from deposits, winnings, or bonuses — will be forfeited in full. bajl99 will not be liable to any underage user or their guardian for any losses incurred prior to the discovery of the age violation.

3.1 Registration Requirements

Registration requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Bangladeshi mobile number. Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on bajl99. 3.2 Account Security and Credentials

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your bajl99 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person, and you must not allow any third party to access your account. All activity carried out through your account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether the activity was carried out by you personally.

bajl99 strongly recommends that all registered players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP. This provides a second layer of identity verification each time your account is accessed from an unrecognised device. You can enable 2FA from your account security settings at any time after registration.

3.3 Account Information Updates

You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and up to date. If your mobile number, email address, or payment method changes, you must update your account details promptly. Outdated contact information may delay withdrawal processing, identity verification, or account recovery in the event of a security incident.

4.2 Deposit Policy

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. bajl99 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from an account not belonging to the registered bajl99 player will be returned to the source and may trigger an account review. bajl99 reserves the right to apply minimum and maximum deposit limits, which may vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit within your account cashier.

4.3 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals at bajl99 are processed to the same method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, in line with standard anti-money-laundering (AML) and responsible gaming practice. bajl99 charges no withdrawal fee on any supported payment method — the amount you request is the full amount transferred to your wallet or bank account, subject to any applicable bonus wagering requirements being met.

Before your first withdrawal is processed, bajl99 may require completion of identity verification (KYC). 4.4 Currency

5.1 General Bonus Terms

bajl99 offers bonuses and promotional rewards to registered players from time to time, including welcome deposit bonuses, weekly cashback offers, seasonal promotions (such as BPL season boosts, Eid reload bonuses, and Pohela Boishakh specials), and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion, which form part of this Agreement when read together with these Terms.

Bonuses are credited in ৳ BDT to your bajl99 bonus balance. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements — a minimum number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before the bonus or resulting winnings can be withdrawn as real-money funds. The applicable wagering requirement is specified clearly on each promotion page. bajl99 does not credit bonuses with concealed or undisclosed wagering conditions.

5.2 Bonus Eligibility and Restrictions

Each bonus is available to eligible players only. bajl99 reserves the right to restrict bonus eligibility based on account history, deposit method, geographic location, or other criteria. Players who attempt to claim bonuses in bad faith — including by opening multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once, using bonus funds in a way designed to minimise risk while completing wagering requirements, or providing false information to claim a promotion — will have their bonus revoked and may have their account suspended.

bajl99 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any bonus or promotion at any time. Where a promotion has a stated end date, it will not be available after that date. Where no end date is stated, bajl99 may end the promotion at any time with reasonable notice published on the bajl99.net promotions page.

5.3 Abuse of Bonuses

Any player found to be abusing the bajl99 bonus system — including but not limited to coordinated bonus harvesting across multiple accounts, use of automated betting strategies to complete wagering requirements at minimal risk, or collusion with other players to exploit promotional terms — will have all bonus balances and any winnings derived from such bonuses forfeited immediately. bajl99 may also permanently close the accounts of players engaged in systematic bonus abuse.

6.1 Game Integrity

6.2 Sports Betting

Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, the odds at the time of acceptance are binding. bajl99 reserves the right to void bets in the event of obvious pricing errors, data feed failures, or where the integrity of a sporting event is in question.

6.3 Technical Failures

In the event of a technical failure — including disconnection, server error, or platform malfunction — during an active game session, bajl99 will make reasonable efforts to restore the session to its last confirmed state. Where a session cannot be restored, bets that were active at the time of the failure will be settled according to the game provider's published disconnection policy. bajl99 is not liable for losses arising from technical failures that are outside its reasonable control.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on bajl99 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. bajl99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in any of the following activities, and to withhold any balance — including deposits, winnings, and bonus funds — pending investigation:

• Registering more than one account on bajl99, whether under your own name or under false or borrowed identity details.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or at any subsequent verification stage.
• Using any software, algorithm, bot, automated tool, or artificial intelligence system to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market on bajl99.
• Exploiting any software error, display bug, or pricing mistake in any game or betting market, including deliberately placing bets on clearly mis-priced odds.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share cards in card games, or coordinate betting activity.
• Depositing funds derived from any criminal or unlawful activity, or using bajl99 in any manner that facilitates money laundering or the financing of unlawful enterprises.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bajl99 support staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or otherwise extract proprietary data or source code from bajl99.net or any associated service.
• Charging back any deposit made to bajl99 via your payment provider without first raising the matter directly with bajl99 support and allowing a reasonable period for resolution.

8.1 Suspension by bajl99

bajl99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — circumstances where: (a) a breach of these Terms is identified or reasonably suspected; (b) the account is subject to a chargeback, fraud investigation, or AML review; (c) the account holder is found to be under 18 years of age; (d) the account holder has self-excluded and subsequently attempted to circumvent the self-exclusion by registering a new account; or (e) bajl99 is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or court order.

During any suspension or investigation period, bajl99 may place a hold on deposits, withdrawals, and active bonus balances. bajl99 will endeavour to communicate the reason for any suspension to the account holder within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any legal or regulatory constraints that may restrict disclosure.

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your bajl99 account at any time by contacting bajl99 support at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a voluntary closure request, bajl99 will process any remaining real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) to your verified payment method within a reasonable processing period. Once an account is voluntarily closed, all associated data is retained by bajl99 in accordance with the Privacy Policy for the legally required retention period.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a structured break from gaming may request a self-exclusion period of a minimum of 6 months directly through their account settings or by contacting [email protected]. 8.4 Effect of Closure on Pending Bets

If your account is closed — whether voluntarily or by bajl99 — while you have active pending bets or game rounds, those bets will be settled according to the normal settlement rules applicable to the relevant market or game. Winnings arising from bets that were active at the time of closure will be credited to your account balance and processed as part of any outstanding withdrawal. Bonus-funded bets that are pending at the time of closure will be voided and the bonus balance forfeited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bajl99 makes no warranty — express or implied — regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of any service offered through bajl99.net. bajl99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform — including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.

bajl99's total aggregate liability to any individual player for any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that player to bajl99 in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through bajl99's internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts. bajl99's internal complaints process is the mandatory first step: submit your complaint in writing to [email protected] and allow a minimum of 14 days for resolution before escalating.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from these Terms and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with the bajl99 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and bajl99 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings — whether written or oral — relating to the same subject matter.
